About MGC Solutions
Empowering recovery, rebuilding lives, and creating real second chances.
Our Mission
MCG Solutions (McKinley Consulting Group) provides recovery-focused workforce development, financial literacy coaching, education support, and record-clearing assistance for individuals rebuilding their lives. We partner with recovery houses, courts, reentry programs, and community organizations to help clients gain stability, confidence, and long-term success.
Our mission is simple: Help people rebuild their lives with stability, skills, and support.
Meet the Founder
I started MCG Solutions because I’ve lived the challenges of rebuilding a life from the ground up. With over a decade in recovery, I developed a deep understanding of what individuals in recovery truly need: structure, stability, guidance, and someone who genuinely understands and believes in them.
My professional background includes engineering and advanced education through an MBA and doctoral-level work in business and organizational leadership. I’ve spent years working with complex systems, problem-solving, and helping organizations improve efficiency — skills I now use to help people rebuild their lives in practical, step-by-step ways.
I believe recovery is more than staying clean. It’s learning to manage money, build confidence, find meaningful work, overcome legal barriers, and create a sustainable future. My purpose is to empower individuals with fundamental tools, real support, and real chances.
I’m living proof that with consistency and the right help, your past does not define your future.

What Makes us Different?
Lived Experience + Professional Training
We combine real recovery experience with engineering, systems, and leadership expertise. This creates a structured, practical approach that works.
Holistic Life Rebuild Approach We focus on the whole person — stability, skills, finances, education, mindset, and legal barriers — not just one piece of the puzzle.
Partnership Driven We work closely with recovery houses, courts, probation, workforce teams, and community organizations to ensure accountability and consistent progress.
